Patak's Tikka Marinade Paste - A balanced blend of 5 spices captured in oil for a deep, rich, authentic flavour.
Marinated Chicken Tikka Recipe: Serves 4.
- Mix together a 1/4 jar of Patak's Tikka Spice Marinade and 70g natural yogurt.
- Add 500g large diced chicken pieces to the paste and yogurt mixture.
- Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, or for best results, leave overnight to develop a fuller flavour.
- Grill under a preheated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Add 1 tbsp of gram flour to mint and coriander purée.
Mix this into the marinade to make a Hariyali tikka. Equally delicious with fish, lamb, prawns or paneer.
