The original Chinese curry sauce! Just add it to your favourite meat or vegetables and serve with rice (or great on a chip butty!)
Cooking on the Hob: (Serves 2-3): Whisk 85g (3oz.) of Curry Sauce Mix into 340 ml (12 fl. oz.) of cold water in a sauce pan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly Simmer for 2 minutes on very low heat. Serve hot.
Cook in Microwave: (Serves 2-3): Whisk 85g (3 oz.) of Curry Sauce mix into 340 ml (12 fl. oz.) of cold water in a large casserole dish. For 800 watt microwave oven, set timer on full power for 5 minutes. Stir well after every minute (guide only, times may vary according to power of microwave).
