What is Liquid Smoke?
Liquid Smoke always consists of water and smoke from a specific type of wood. For a Hickory flavour they burn hickory wood chips and using a condenser they turn some of the smoke parts into a concentrated liquid. This concentrated liquid is mixed with water and in some cases with vinegar, molasses and caramel colouring. Colgin only uses all-natural ingredients to blend their perfect version of liquid smoke.
