Hartley's Sugar Free Blackcurrant Jelly! It's the marvellous flavour of blackcurrant jelly but this time without all the added sugar.
It's so easy to make!
- Pour contents of 1 sachet into a jug/bowl.
- Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of cold water, stir then pour into mould/serving dish.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set.
Please note: adding fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.
