Try this....... Pork Chops with a Creamy Mushroom & Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil, 4 boneless pork chops, 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup, 180ml milk, 1 clove of garlic (minced).
Heat the oil in a medium sized frying pan over a medium heat.
Add the pork and cook until brown on both sides, stir in the soup, milk and minced garlic and bring to the boil stirring frequently.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Serve with mashed potato and mixed vegetables.
